Job Description
Print Finishing Company seeking Inside Sales/Customer Service professional with printing industry experience. Job involves providing excellent customer service to printing companies and graphic designers looking to add specialty graphic enhancements to their printed projects. We are a small company with a close-knit group of about 20 employees who are experts in foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, folding/gluing, and UV coating. Due to the nature of the business and the size of our organization, the job description for this position is vast and requires a wide variety of skill sets and hats to be worn. A good working knowledge of math is required for accurate job estimating and costing. A high level of organizational skills is necessary to handle the constant influx of customer requests. Accuracy is imperative in our fast-paced environment where every job is custom-made. Excellent communication skills are a must in this job, both written and verbal. We have a culture and reputation of high integrity and expect the same of all applicants.
Requirements
Ideal candidate for this job will have at least 2-years experience providing customer service, job quoting, order processing, material procurement, and general inside sales in the PRINTING INDUSTRY.
